Was wondering how could I get all that overspray off of my radiator?

I was trying to find a way to bring it back to the silver color it was when I got it off
the lot...It has a lot of red overspray from being painted numberous times....
Do I just use high temp heat and spray it silver? or is there a way to get it off?

I would say paint it with high temperature flat black paint.
