Smooth front bumper/grill

Anyone know of a front bumper that doesnt have any openings? I tried taping cardboard over my grill to increase gas mileage and decrease wind resistance and it works, now I want to do it permanent and less ghetto. Is there a grill cover instead? Any links/pictures would be great

Also...Has anyone here fabricated a belly pan for our cars?

It will decrease air flow to the engine but it should get plenty through the radiator and between the hood and the radiator. A Corvette doesnt have a huge grill sucking in air, it has an air dam under the front of the car that directs the air that goes under the bumper up into the radiator. If a corvette Z06 with a v8 putting out over 400 Horses doesnt need a grill then neither does my cavalier. I will increase the size of the under body air dam to block air from going under the car and bring it through the radiator to compensate. I saw a neon with a smooth bumper like that but I could not find one for the cavalier.
Anyone heard of or seen this or am I the only crazy one?
