I went to the dealership today and they want 450.00 for the front and rear LS covers (each). So my question is if I decide to go broke and get these, what other parts or pieces do I need to get these to fit correctly on my 04 base model? Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance ( and yes I did use the search button, but want something more directly linked to my question)
first off dont buy from the dealer, go to gmpartsdirect.com enter these product numbers.

all together those will cost 450 bucks.

checkout the rksport lip kit. costs almost the same, and looks better. the only thing is though, it's got cut outs for dual exhaust

Yeah dude - don't get ripped off by the dealer.
You know you'll need the rocker panels for the sides, too, right?
Those will hit you for another 500 for the pair if you go the dealer route.
Try car-parts.com and the classifieds - you can get them pre-painted and save a TON of money.
I just put a set of the LS Sport effects on my wife's 03 LS Coupe - there are no hardware issues that I know of. You may need a clip here or there if you get them used.
But DO NOT give that money to the dealer! They are THIEVES!
i'm gettin a full kit put on a week or two, its already been ordered. i will sell the LS sport bumpers and side skirts once its all done. the front bumper has some scratches and tire marks on the drivers side (someone hit me changin lanes), but it can be fixed. the side slirts and rear cover are perfect. e-mail me if you're interested. we can work something out. i'll try to get picture of the front for u.

Steve, I believe Stephen made that offer to you first about the LS Sport Kit. I only said I would be interested in obtaining the side skirts and rear only if you no longer want the kit. As you were asking for this kit first and he posted the offer, I am respectfully waiting to see if he sells that kit to you...if he doesn't then I will look into obtaining this kit from Stephen...
