has anyone experienced the paint peeling away from their 2.4 IDI cover? mine is peeling i'm either gonna paint it a different color with high temp paint, polish it, or try to match a paint to it, is there any paint that is close to matching with the stock color?

I painted mine with duplicolors engine enamel and its been fine so far. Granted its only been a few months. I have the top runners and letters polished and it looks beautiful.

No issues here. Did you use a high-temp engine paint?

How did you guys paint it? Just tape off the parts that are indented in the cover and spray the rest? Did you use masking tape. Sorry for the jack..
