a front license plate bracket on the 04s?
The bumper is not flat in the middle, just curious how others installed their front plates.

gm... junk yard..pretty sure its held on by rivits...go to a junk yard drill out the rivits...then go home an rivit it onto your car or screw it on
Thats all it is, just screwed on through the bracket and into the bumper.
