is it possable for fiberglass to stick to ABS plastic?

As long as you drill holes, thats how I made my dash.

yea sand it down rough and drill alot of holes into it so the glass can seep through and have something to adheir to. it will make it 10x stronger

If you use the "canned" fiberglass it will work on bumpers and such, as long as there's some good scratches in it (think 36 or 40 grit)... but drill holes to be safer if you wish

he wants to get rid of where his license plate used to be on the rear bumper. he frenched the license plate into his trunk and the rear bumper just looks weird with a spot for the license plate but none there.

make a piece of cardboard box fold it and stick it in backwards tape the edges and spray paint it the color u wish. lol
