Yea, its stock. Its the same spoiler that came on my mom's 2000 when she bought it.
it is a cavy spoiler just not the 03+ version.

The 03-05 do come with this aftermarket spoiler that is similar to an Evo Wing if you ask for it. Its about $300 alone, but looks really bad ass.
For only having 14k miles that engine bay looks pretty dirty.
