I usually use regular gas to clean any paint when I get it on windows. I used to use acetone but I heard gas is safer on the glass. Just don't use too much. Put a little on a rag and wipe off the primer.

Depending on how much primer is visible, a soft damp cloth with paint remover will do the trick.

steel wool would be the easiest, go to a paint supply store and get some very fine steel wool. that is, if the other methods dont satisfy as im the 4th person suggesting something lol

I would assume that it is on the outside. The easiest way to remove paint from the outside glass is to use a razer blade. I use to be a porter for a new car dealer and did this all day.

razor blade, like a box cutter. just do it carefully, its not to hard. just lightly go over the surface
