Alright i doubt there is anything i can do, but i washed/waxed the BLACK sunfire today and was looking all nice, now after driving for about an hour and a half just got home and the thing is covered with pollen...so my question is, are there any types of waxes or other products that don't let the pollen stick?
Umm...no.
Only thing i could think of would be a car cover while its parked. other than that the pollen is stayin.

California car dusters are wonderful things. Walmart and Sears sell them for sure. Pick one up they're only around $10, and they're a great quick fix. They don't keep the pollen from sticking, but it only takes 2 min to get all the pollen off. Easier than re-washing it.
Officer: Do you know how fast you were going??
Me: Fast enough to get you to put down the coffee and doughnut!
Officer: (scowls)
Me: great, now I'm REALLY gonna get a ticket huh?

haha yeah i have one, just sucks having to do it like twice a day depending on where i park...thank god it's in the garage most of the time
