Hey guys, I currently have my Cavalier stripped down getting it ready for a new paint job. I'm tore on a couple areas though.

I love my Streetfire sideskirts that I have now, but I have always liked the Bomex sideskirts. I got a set here at the house but I cannot for the life of me decide which one's I like most. I was wanting some opinions on this.

Also, I have had chrome altezzas for years and I'm having a hard time deciding to keep them or go carbon fiber and maybe even add the RK Sport Carbon Fiber filler plate to fill the void. I was thinking of adding a carbon fiber front splitter so this would probably go well with it. I'm taking off my RK Sport Carbon Fiber Adjustable wing though and replacing it with a nice low profile painted spoiler in case that makes a difference in your opinion.

DUDE the car is hott i would leave everything as it is BUT i would definatly do some of the C/F ideas that you have in mind

I had both sideskirts on and off this afternoon and I couldn't decide. I'm almost leaning toward keeping my Streetfires. I replaced my fiberglass Z3 fenders with some metal one's off Ebay. They fit 10X better but they are black so it throws everything off when I'm checking out the different sideskirts.

i would say keep the streetfire sides, and get a type J front. little off from anything u asked at all, but i just love those side skirts and they dont flow with that front bumper, and the bomext sides wont flow at all with your rear. i am in love with the RK wing u got, but not on that car with the sides and rear, once again, flowing issues. got door skins??

Definitely keep the streetfire sides, they look awesome. I think either stock or CF tails would definitely be better than chrome and the CF splitter would be sweet. The wing actually looks pretty decent.

Thanks for the comments guys. The wing is coming off, I have made my mind up on that, lol.

I'm not a fan of the Type-J front, besides I like my 95-99 style projector headlights and I would have to switch to the 00+ style for that bumper. I tried a Drift but it was way too low for the sideskirts and rear bumper so it didn't look right. The Bomex lines up great and I really like the fitment of it too.

I did try the door skins but they didn't fit right. I think I had my sideskirts mounted too far into the inner door of the car because the door skins stuck way out past the sideskirts. Didn't look right at all.

Post pics of both side skirts on your car. I <3 the ones you have right now, but the other ones might match the front and back bumper better. As for taillights, if you plan on getting rid of the wing- don't get carbon fiber taillights. They won't match anything else on your car-- your rims are white... everything is white. Black taillights would throw everything off. I would go back to stock actually. I think it would look 100X better.

if you do get rid of the chrome tails...what would you take for um>

i like the toyota tails myself. if i had a cav id get them!!!

I honestly dont know what you could do the that car Aaron to make it look any better than it does now. But like i said earlier keep the Fire sides and go with a few more C/F accents BTW if you decide to get rid of the Hood for a C/F one or anything like that e-mail me and let me know.

I actually like that wing on your car. If you went with the carbon fiber tails and filler plate then the CF wing would really tie the back end together. Your car looks hot as is right now, and I would definitely add that CF and leave the streetfire sides!
