You will have to make your own clear lense. There was talk from I think Whiteboy about maybe just manufacturing the lense for people who want to do a sunfire retrofit (HID/Projectors). If not you will have to make it yourself using plexi.

u just gotta heat up the plexi/lexan and mould it over the stock lends. takes forever to get the corners out. and by no means it will be ever perfect. but as long as the top area looks good you should be set cause you dont see the rest really.

i think he wanted to use them for his projector headlights, but because of his bodykit i think he preferred to try to make his own (a little larger than normal). i think he wanted like 35-40 bucks for them (they cost him like 50 or 55 bucks from the store). anyways, i'll let him know if you're interested

sorry man, but 99 seems like a TON, the plexi for mine cost about 2 bux per side, and with anoter person it isnt THAT hard IMHO. I was going to be making more projectors this summer, but i most luikely will not be doing that, but if th interest is there i may make some lenses for about 20-30 bux a set somewhere in there, its no big deal to make you could just as easily do it yourself if you have plexi(go to home depot in the window dept), an oven, and a heat gun. It takes 15-20min per lense tops to get it pretty good.

when you make the clrean lenses out of plexi glass they are not going to fit like the stock lenses, you are going to have to use silicone or urethane to seal it and its going to be probably not so perfect looking but you dont see most of the seals when the hood is closed even when the hood is open you only see the top part.

I use the 1/8th plexi and it moulds but its not too easy when ur alone and then after you gotta trim it.

I dont really want to do too many of these because i dont really want everyone having them , but its gonna happen probably anyways.

Heres the basi jist of it. The plexi i used was called optix, it is vinyl windowing from home depot, not sure on the thickness but it worked just fine multiple times. Yes you have to gind the nubs off the stock lense, and sand them VERY smooth or the rough spots will scratch the new lense pretty badly. Go down to 1500grit paper or so if you can. Remo0ve the stock lense from the headlight housing, works much easier and pla ce it on a flat surface. Heat your oven to about 400degrees and heat the plexi for only a efw minutes about 2 or so, until i becomes as pliable as clay. Have another person help you if you can, it makes it much easier, and press it over the stock lense, one person pressing the top and another on the bottom to get the basic curve of the lense, also try and fold a bit over a couple edges so when it cools you can put it back in the right spot before you beign to form the sides. Be sure the gloves you hold and mold it with do not have real deep or prominent semas or it will imprint into the hot plexi. After you have the curve of the face formed, you can begin forming the edges. Work slowly around i didnt fin starting in any particular plaec was better than another so dopesnt mater where you start. Work sloly forming an inch or so at a time, heat the area with the heat gun and begin to fold the edges around. The thing you have to keep in mind is, for this to work out as well as possible, dont attempt to make an entirely new lense per se make a sort of "sleeve" to replace the face of the stock lense. Once you get some of the edges formed, mark the plaexi all the way around and cut off all but about 1/2-3/4 of an inch from the edge of the face, if that makes sense, you dont wanrt it to go all the way down the sides of the lense or it probabaly wont fit and look right. After you cut off all the excess finish forming your sides and heat and smooth all the corners as much as you can, on my first set i was able to smooth out all wrinkles even on the sharp corner on the one side, so just work slowly and patiently, if you rush it it wont look as nice. Once you have the lense all formed you will need to remove the face from the stock lense. If you want it to fit correctly you will need to leave the curved edge of the face, the edge that goes all the way around, if thats unclear im sorry ill post a pic or soemthing. If you remove this curved egde it will not sit correctly and you will have ruined you stock lense and will have to get another if you want it to fit right. But cut the face off all the way around on the inside of the outside egde, DO NOT cut the lense off from the sides or you will have fitment problems, cut if from the face. After you are all done sand the inside edge a bit, so the edge of the face you left there doesnt have any overhang into the center, so you have just the outside edge, now since you ormed the lense over the edges of the face of the lense, it will seat perfectly onto the now mdified stock lense. Seal all around the edges with clear silicone and all ow ti to dry before putting it back onto the headlight. When it is on the car, if you did it correctly and ddint remove the edge of the face, the clear plastic will make it look as if it is "one piece" because you will see right through it and down thorugh the egdges with no visible seams. When it is installed in the car you shouldnt have any visible seals or edges wither, except the one on top when the hood is open, but thats no biggie, also because of the grooves in the stock lense sisdes, you wont be able to se the seals from the inside out either, if that makes sense, so it all looks one piece and "stock" for the most part. However , due to the face that you formed it OVER the stock lense, it will be a tad larger, so it will fit slightly snug, but nothing too major unless you have something like eyelids attached to your hood done. Hope this all makes sense, if you have further questions let me know, i also have some progress pics if there is someting in particular ud like to see.

You know the GT light covers? well they make clear ones. i would take your oem lights and take the front cover off and mount your projectors in it and then use the clear gt cover on it.
