i was just wondering if ne one knew of a screw on exhaust tip that would fit an 03 cavalier sedan. The reason i am looking for a screw on exhaust tip is become i dont want to weld one on.

I know you can get them at Pepboys or advanced auto parts....they sell tips there that has like 2-3 bolts that screw on your existing pipe.

take the time and get one welded it will look so much better imo

The first tip I had was chromed steel. Great fun constantly buffing the rust off.

The second tip I had was one like these. The piping inside the tip corroded and flaked out. Supposed to be resonated, but that was killed by rust, and anything else that stuck in the holes. Friggin heavy also. Look elsewhere.



I currectly have one of these. Made by Gibson. Full stainless steel. Non-resonated. Simple tightening with a single nut and bolt. Alot lighter than the one mentioned above.



Note that the above tips were installed on a Dynomax Ultraflo. The first tip was installed with the Ultraflo outlet piping stretched to fit inside the tip. Second tip was the same input size, so it took some minor work to slip in on. The third tip was about the same also. Whichever you choose, get stainless steel.
