95 2.3L AUTO TUNING????

I have a 95 Cavalier with 2.3L quad 4. Its Automatic with OBD-2 ECU. Im in the process of building a turbo kit for this car. i have most major parts. Need some extra info to help me along. I plan on running anywhere from 5-8psi with intercooler,2.5" piping and 2.5-3" exhaust. WB02 sensor, 300-400cc injectors, and obviously higer octane fuel(93). All these numbers are NOT specific. None of these parts are installed and some have not been boughten yet. Just a list of what i want to do. Some changes may apply. There is NO horsepower goal in mind, what ever i get with this setup is fine with me. Just a project for me to do. This car will not be for racing, but just for daily driving. So for that case, it still needs to be tuned. I would like to do the tuning myself and have my own laptop to help with that. I also have a DYNO SHOP nearby to do any dyno runs if needed. Ive read that HP TUNER is only for 97+, If true then that wont work for my car or would it being OBD-2??? If not, what other options do i have for my car. I want to be albe to have connectability with my laptop. With all that said, What does this leave me with?

You'll need bigger than 300cc injectors. Stock is around 280cc. Ho injectors are no good for for boost either (in case you were thinking about them).

As far as tuning, for fuel you can use things like the Haltech F5 and a few other extra injectors controller or even injectors controller if you only go with bigger ones. For timming, there's not many choice. Msd with the DIS2. Crane maybe if you want to add the module.

Something you should know about your 95, if the pcm is part number 16196285 your not odb2 rather odb 1.5.. Whats better for you there, even if it has odb2 ecu is you can plug in the odb1 ecu, maybe swap out a few sensors, then use the tuning files from our project to tune your ride.

Currently im working on perfecting the tuning files, right now we're boosting a 2.2 LN2, but after its done i plan on ripping it out, selling it, and boosting a 2.3 which can hit higher hp with the right build.

Do a search for odb1, the first thing that comes up should be the odb1 tuning project.
