http://www.ny-jbodies.org for PCM info but they seem to be down. I'm not trying to swap in a 97 Harness I just need to know how to re-pin my 96 harness for a 97 pcm. Would I also need a 97 VIN for hptuners?
swappin in a 97 harness and pcm is way easy id go that route.. i mean i did go that route
but where could i find a harness and pcm ? junkyard?
yes just look for one and unclip everything, remove the pcm from the passenger side and one bolt holds the interior harness to the engine harness which is right next to the brake booster, then go install it in your car, its way simple, much easier than trying to read the wiring diagram and re-pin

um idk might as well but i think it may be saved in the pcm but when you get the 97 pcm and harness you should also take the 97 oil sender unit cuz on the 2.4 the plugs are diff from 96 and 97 and the new 97 harness wont plug in to yours
