for the guys running
these, are you having to space the injector seats out at all?

I installed some 60's from ZZP in a 02 cavy, but motor from a different year. Fit fine. It might have had those cups that some eco's come with, but nothing else.

The injectors for cobalts fit the 02 rail perfectly since it is very close to being the same rail. The 03 rail needs spacers.

funny you say that we have never used spacers on a 03 rail and have used SS/SC injectors before. Unless you are calling those cups that come stock on them spacers.

So why does everyone say that the 03 rail requires spacers for most injectors? I know the 02 rail takes standard length EV1 style injectors without spacers just like the ss/sc does.

I found that it requires spacers, not washers, I make aluminum spacers that fit great and come with o-rings. sold about 5 or 10 sets on here.

I know people say it all the time, but I have yet to use a spacer. I have installed injectors on about 3 different 03+ Eco motor's. Used the cups nothing else.

I have Siemens 60# on my 03 Fuel Rail. No need Spacers.

thanks thats what i was looking for. I know the ss/sc injectors are shorter then the 03+ jbody ones, and i think the ZZP ones are shorter too, but longer then the ss/sc.
Stock Cobalt SS/SC injector fit too without Spacers. I have it before my Siemens 60#

does anyone have a length on the zzp 60's???
