Ques. is, by having the megasquirt control both timing and fuel and using the MSD after the megasquirt for a stronger spark, do I leave all of the settings on the MSD alone and have the MS send the signal or will that send some type of back feed to the MS unit?? I just don't want to fry anything.
And last, if you have this MS and MSD combo, what did you do ( settings and what not ) to get it working properly??

I was thinking the EXACT same thing.

I have the MS and MSD DIS2.

If you are only using the MSD for the multiple spark discharge and hotter spark, leave the settings alone on it and change everything from the MS.
