I'm interested to know has anyone been able to get the cooling fan to come off when ign is turned off? I know Ecotecs (at least some do it), and I see on my 01 Z24 there is settings for it. I have changed the temp for enable and disable, but it did not work. Is this something we can get to work? Thanks for any help.

I doubt it. I'm running a standalone and still get a 4-5 second delay...or are you saying that it will keep running the fan until temps drop below 205 (or whatever GM sets it at)?

my fan runs for like 15 minutes after i shut the car off but i programmed it that way.
be sure to touch on the temperature settings too
My OBDI ecm does this.
There are several values associated with getting the fans to turn on or remain on after key off with the old ecm. Mebbe HPT hasn't included everything you need?

Yeah this is what I'm talking about. I adjusted the temps at which they should come on and turn off. What other fields should I have to adjust?

I changed the enable temps to 185, disable temps to 175, dropped the IAT temps to 50, run time 180 seconds (granted its more like 5 minutes or so).
Thanks after my last post I went back and looked. I did not adjust the IAT temps. I have now just got to try it.
