well after a long wait they finally arived... Simons 3 peice wheels... the fronts are 17" by 10" wide and will have 275/40/17 tires mounted on them... and the back rims are 17" by 13" wide and will have 335/35/17 tires mounted on them.... oh and the rear lip is 6.5inches deep :shock if only i could fit these on the sunfire ahahaah
The tire that the rim is being compaired to is a 255/50/16 and it makes even them look small..

1987 Buick GNX.... hard to get tracktion with 30+psi of boost ahaha so you need wide tires.. i will post pics of them when the tires get mounted this week

they look sweet..im gettin some at x-mas time for the TA but they will be 17x9.5's in the front and 17x11's in the rear..i was thinking of some torque thrust II's or some other ones i cant remember the name of them..

check out Simions wheels.... thats the brand i have.. they will do basically any kind of off set you want

the tires on the stock rims are Yokohama's (sp?) good ties, just when you boost hits the 30+psi range.. you need something more.... with the two new tires there will be a total area of 28inches on the ground in the rear.
Pictures will be up on Saturday.. thats when the tires are going on hopfully... as the sunfire is going under the knife this week end with a new transmision.. so it wil by a bussy week end for these two cars.
