96 ford taurus throws a code HELP!!!

My fiance's taurus is throwing code P0401 and i can't find her manual to find out exactly what the code is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the EGR valve. You should be able to get one at your local autozone, and any decent mechanic should be able to replace. Good luck.

Thanks i found her book and i can replace it my self. On the taurus they are cake. Thanks for the help though
