looks good but they are asking too much IMO. There are much better cars you can get for that price.
If its the same price as the 2.4 Cobalt SS then I dont see the problem. Keep in mind its canadian $$$. $22,000 CAD = $18,321.8 USD so I'd say its pretty reasonable. Less than a 1SC sunfire, with more power and a bit better refinement.

Yup thats the plan. The only difference is that it will not be sold in the US.

Maybe i'm just crazy....well i know i am...but i think the pontiac twin kidney grille looks more natural on ther than the Cobalts. i think it has a baby gto look.

That was the plan...
Pontiac is trying to homogenise the look to give it breand distinction. I think it started when they were designing the new Grand Prix to go after BMW's market share... Anyhow, it's the same idea, BMW's all have split grilles, Pontiac does as well.
Question: If it's got the Ecotec even in 2.4L trim, would it not as well be an applicant for the Ecotec Supecharger?

It's not bad looking but I think they should have made it look more diferent than the Cobalt. The Cavy and SF as we all know are the same car but didn't look alike.
