it's not how fast you go, it's how you get there that counts.

GTP's are sweet and it doesnt seem like a bad deal, if you dont mind the miles go for it

the 3800 engine is a pretty long lasting engine. my dads has 200,000 mi on it and still goin strong with only a timing chain replacement and normal maintanence. with the supercharged ones, the charger is the first thing that will go bad. see if the salesman will let you pull the supercharger belt. wiggle around the pulley, if it's hard to move, then the bearings are probably going out (very rare), and if you're not into repair jobs, i would pass it up. you can buy refurbishment kits for $30-$90, but actually replacing the bearings can be difficult. if there's just some play in the pulley, it's probably the coupler. a $25 part that can be changed simply by removing the snout. other than that, just look for any normal engine things that would need to be taken care of. make sure you pay close attention to the trans, too. shifting, points, hardness, ect. that's the weak part of that powertrain. any other questions, just ask.

I'd try to get them down a bit on the price. 100k is nothing for a L67. I have 107k on my 2000 so far and its runs strong.
ive heard those 3.8 sc need a rebuild from 120-130ish
