Technically.... i think that's a wing... but either way i think it looks good on that car.
There is a Laser Blue 05' Stang GT Saleen around here looks pretty good with all the body parts...
I like the tail lights like that. My only complaint about the 05 has been something OFF on the rearend I think it is the lights are to round/bubbly shaped. Looks better like that.

i can't wait to get to work on an 05 to see how different the job is for headers. ALTHOUGH i looked into the engine bay on an 05 & you can friggin touch the header bolts from the top. so i'd imagine the install is actually gunna be similar to a fox body install, or at least closer than a 96-04 install. i've done headers on 96-04's so many times i can do the job in 3-4 hours by myself on the ground & that includes dropping the k-member

Kragar rims look hot on those... Kinda like the Daisy rally wheels off the early 70's ones, but chromed. A friend has them on his 05 GT, and it looks really good.
His is black though, he wants to put the stripes on them in a dark grey...
Somehow though, Red Stripes on a Ford just doesn't look right...

If you have the money. And I'm talking like 6 grand for wheels and tires...go check out Avus. Nice wheels, but again, super expensive. Or if you have even more money..some HREs....
Question, do the fog lights on the pictured GT move in towards the centre as well?
Check pic #2 & #3: #2 is in the centre and #3 is standard GT.

i put mine in in my garage only took me and my brother 12 hours to do..yes a major PITA but if i had to do it again wich i will because i didn't get the coated ones i went the cheep rout but anyways i could probably do it in less than 5 now that ive done it b4
