Thanks.
I camped on those plates for about a month. I had to wait that long for my title number to be mailed to me and then another couple of days for DMV to get it into the computers.

You'll need a torx screw driver (T-25) and a 3/8" ratchet with a 13mm socket and an extension.
best thing to do is take out the air box (2 torx screws) and loosen up the battery so you can pivot it (13mm socket). After that, it's cake-walk.
i bet it would look really good on your car since you have IBM and the bulbs show a little blue in them.
Nice car...been considering getting one soon myself.
Nice choice on the color
Now we both need someone to put out a clear corner lens for the one lower down on the front fascia...
Now one thing I was thinking of was whether or not to do the '05 conversion for my rear bumper too...

Absolutely love the GTO. If you don't mind me asking... what did you pay for it? I'd love to get one, but not sure it is in the near future. Also, what happened to your turbo eco?

Thanks. I'm waiting for those to be made as well! Someone on ls1gto.com did the conversion (think he has a red one) it turned out really nice (of course
).

about 34 something was the sticker, i saved 7% through my supplier discount and have a finance of 3.9% of 60months (i wanted 0% over 36
)
Turbo eco is still in the works. Work is demanding and so is the social life
. I have run into many bugs (both time consuming and money hungry). I have come too far to give up on it now. One of the guys helping me out (a lot) broke his leg, so that has pushed me back. The header ended up not fitting all the way (the one I bought from cc), so we ended up beating the firewall back. This beating led to a hole in the wall, so I had to take the interior out so I can get to the firewall from the other side so we don't catch anything on fire when weld it up and make it look good again. Also because the header sits so close to the firewall the turbo does as well, so we'll have to modify the wall to the lower left. It's just an on going saga
But it will rise one day...just not today
Oh, and i'll be keeping it for a while (need a beater while I do mods to the goat)
Paco, I hear you. My car has been in the works for 8 months now. Between school and work, it's tough getting to it. When little problems add up to big problems, they become big headaches. Keep it up man, mod that GTO!

Very nice pics man. Im glad I got to drive the 05 Goat for the two weeks that I had it.
The difference between the 04 and 05 is immediately apparent from the power to the brakes.
Nice mods, and car please keep us posted on the progress.
That car stock runs a 13 flat, start modding and pull some low 12's for us Paco.

I'm afraid that if I test drive one, I may not want to give it back!

As for mods
already jumped on some GPs and put a hurting on the wallet
stage 3 heads with a matching cam and kook's LT's.
Hopefully in about a month a tune will be out and the mods will be on. I'll kee you all posted.
Hmm... seems a little odd - only 328 RWHP for the LS2?
I've seen alot of LS1's running around 300 RWHP stock, so I'd have expected closer to 340 or so.
