Had it for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. I've almost doubled my mpg's, quick, fun, sporty, and by making the trade I will save about $125-150 per month between payment, insurance, and at the pump. Just thought I would share

One of my favorite cars ever. They just look sporty in factory trim. LOVE the body lines of them.
Yes I totally agree with you. Love all the carbon fiber accents in the interior as well as the red lighting for the gauges and such. This car also makes 286hp so for a family car it has plenty of go, the paddle/slap stick shifters adds spirited driving to the equation, and it brakes and handles extremely well.
I have to say I think this is the best all around vehicle I've bought to date.

be careful with the trans. A friend who worked at acura mentioned that is one of the only real problems they have. i like the car, very good pick up.
Jealous, I have always wanted one of these. The prices around here for these things are crazy though seeing go for $20,000 with almost 100,000 miles on it.

I paid $19k with 60k miles and that was the best deal on any 07-08 TL with in a couple hundred miles of my house. Type S or not
Yes I've heard about the tranny that's why I'm gonna keep a close eye for anything out of the norm. It's still under the factory powertrain for the next 20 months or 10k miles
We were also looking at the gxp g6's and v6 g8's but the wife and I wanted something we didn't see everyday and quite frankly I kinda wanted to get out of a GM vehicle

That thing is sexy. I loooove the color. The color of the rims with the color of the car though.... oh man. Sets everything off.

Don't get me wrong I liked the hummer and it was comfortable plus did great in snow when we get it in Ohio, but a lot of people stereotype ya for driving one. If ya pull to a drive up ATM you had to get out because the windows were so small and the door panels come up so high, and there just wasn't much room inside. I'm sure I will miss it for a short while because now I have no way of towing something but that's why I will buy a cheap beater truck this summer

Aside from the Integra Type R and NSX, the post-MMC TL Type-S with options is probably the best car Acura ever made.

I drove one and my only complaint was how heavy the steering was.
I just love these cars, I saw one locally this past week that was lowered and had HID's. It looked so freakin clean it was carbon bronze pearl.

When the wife and i decided on the TL's we found one that had the carbon bronze pearl paint color and really liked it, but it had more miles on it than what we was wanting. HID's are standard
But had this car for about 3 months now and still don't regret the trade decision. Think the wife really likes it because of all the compliments she is getting from the fellas! Lol
