Vortec 4.2 Inline 6 if that's what your asking??

Yeah no leather, a little sad about that. But I have seen many other LT's with no leather. even some SS's with just cloth seats. Maybe I'll pick up some new seats at some point, they are cheap enough!
Thanks Scott. I figured it was the six. Have done a bit of turbocharging work with the five in the Colorado, and it looks identical under the hood (all from the Modular Atlas engine family). Enjoy!

Did not know that.. Interesting. I enjoy every bit of it, other than the mpg change from the GLI
does it have 300 hp?
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
i know. im such an ass. looks good though

It's prolly not far off 300 tho... the five cylinder has 220, so 20% more displacement would make this one about 265. Not too bad for an inline six in a truck!

Damn i love the color dudde and it looks so good without the pinstripe... and to think ppl pay extra for that crap on new cars (like my grama just buyinga 2010 SX4 and paying extra for it. BUUUT it doesnt look bad on hers tbh... still).
Those I6s ARE impressive. Can you get it to chirp tire by any chance? lmfao
lol never tried to spin the tires. I baby this thing.
Looks good man! I KNOW it can break the tires loose but I don't want to watch my fuel gauge drop while flooring it.
I myself had the option to pick up a LT with every option as yours but with leather, talking with chris and we both commented about not wanting to deal with possible cracking leather seats down the road.
I put 8hrs into detailing mine last Thursday, and I still can't believe how nice she looks.
Did you get an extended warranty with yours?
Good to know it can break the tires. Prob won't do it though.. lol
I just washed it and waxed the front today, a little shine on the tires. Still pretty clean.
I didn't get the extended warranty. Just the standard 3 mo / 3k miles. This thing seem's to be well kept, I don't anticipate any major problems.
Pretty confident I can fix the small problems, thanks to Trailvoy..
I love driving my parents TB. Very comfortable and rides nice. Id gladly DD it over the Fire but the mileage kills me.

I myself am not too familiar with 4wd vehicles, so I got one with mine 3yr/36k miles bumper to bumper ( besides things like brakes, car speakers but chassis is). But yes, trailvoy is an amazing site. Is your user name Scotty B on there as well? I saw someone on there with that but the location didn't match yours on here.
One of the easiest things to do with those is the grill, it will set it off very nice without too much flash. I had it done in my 02 LTZ. The engine is factory rated for 270hp, so bill was on the money. It is a great engine, I have gotten close to 22mpg on highway babying it, and 13 playing with it. Trailvoy.com is a good resource.
Not familiar with 4wd either. But I have a great mechanic lol.
try 275 horses at the crank on that inline 6 -rated respectably SAE
