Cobalt SS/TC Rims help pls

A while ago someone posted a link to a company making the SS Turbo rims a lot cheaper. Did a quick search came up empty handed. Anyone got anything on them please?

To my knowledge, there is not an aftermarket version as of yet. When looking at getting those made, I searched all over the place, and pretty much scoured every wheel manufacturer, etc., and never saw anything aftermarket for these rims.
