Hey, a buddy of mine wants to install an alpine deck in his 1987 mustang. can anyone help us out?
constant from car goes to yellow?
black to black(ground)?... just help me with which colors go to which color.

Get an adapter from wal-mart.The colors will match straight to the aftermarket colors and the harness won't have to be cut off of the car. You'll probably need a dash kit to install it too.

Yup. The kits make things SOOO much easier. And then if you ever get rid of the car and want to take the stereo, putting everything back together is a breeze.

You can, but there like $20 so might as well do it and save yourself some trouble
