broken bolts in head

my 87 ranger blew up so i got a used engine but the guy i bought it from broke the bolts off in the head for the exhaust manifolds..... i tried easy outs but i broke them off every time, so now what do i do? ive tried to drill out the easy out but thats pretty much impossible, ive tried to use a dremel but once again the damn easy outs destroy the bits. so now i need your help how the hell do i get them out,, ive tried to drill out and rethread them and it worked but on one i didnt drill straight and now the manifold bolts wont line up so i just drilled out the hole and got it to work but i cant do that on the other side cuz of the easy outs so does anyone have any advice ??? id love to drive it instead of the bonnie in the winter

Call a machine shop and ask how much they want. More than likely they'll do what were going to tell you to do. Drill them out and re-thread em. Thats about it. If an easy out don't get them out thats what you're pretty much stuck at. Best bet is a machine shop. There really isn't some secret thing to do or some trick. Being a head you lose a lot of option...well...not many but you can't heat them up lol. Once you re-drill them they need to be pretty precise as you've learned. So again...take it a machine shop.
