Man, I'd say GM is just blowning them all out. They seem to be the most aggressively driven company taking this 35+mpg law the most serious.

You say this, yet the Corvette has a pushrod motor and is one of the fastest cars in it's class.

How close is that to the LN2? I might swap my eco for it. I miss my ln2...

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?

100% direct actually. GM actually sells it as part as a 100% bolt-in RWD swap for the Cavalier. No cutting, no welding, and comes with a 12 page color picture instruction manual!
