I dont think anyone knows how HUGE this thread has become.

Supposedly(if i read correctly) there are like... 155 linkbacks from other forums. holy cow. THis thing has blown up.

The people of the TR forum have set up a paypal account to help donate and take care of legal fees if any. Thats not an advertisement.... its just freakin hilarious that THOUSANDS of people are with the shop owner and are digging the grave for this scam artist kid.

jeez. LOL.

I wouldn't consider this an epic thread, not to the level of the lobster boy's greatness, or the Audi traffic de-forcer.

yeah, the audi story was better. "no, im not stealing your boot. Im asking you to take it back. Its on the car.... in the garage".... amazing. He actually made a difference in the community.

But this kid here has ruined his life. Even if he CONSIDERS turning things around, he can't. I think almost EVERYONE knows he's a scum bag now.

I think it's funny they did all that work to an automatic Celica.. and that they'd even do business with some assclown that looks like that. Reading people should be a business priority when dealing with the public.. especially tuner kids with big hopes and minimum wage paychecks. Showcars arn't cheap.. I'm only a year into my Cav and I don't even wanna know how much I've spent on it and still have a long way to go..

I think it was a small shop that had good work and they thought this deal was make or break them you know. If the kids grandfather really came through and paid they'd make some serious cash and a lot of credit for some good work. You have to take some risks and it looks like they got the bad one to take which is a shame.
