Well in the past week, despite a couple little problems, I got some work done.
Managed to get the new hood pins on.(although I don't think I took a picture of them), get most of the roll bar welded in and painted(going to wait till winter to do the door bars and swing out kit), and got all my new gauges in.
PICS:
QUICK EDIT: Found a pic that shows the hood pins. They are on there for function, period. Any whining or crying about "omg hood pins look so dumb" can it and read the plate

shhhhh. I have a 91 Cutlas... So technicaly if I want to, I don't ever have to drive the Stang with the top up. So I am kinda putting that off... it's SO expensive, and like I said.. I never drive with it up... except when at a track and they make me put it up, but come on, I like the idea of the car looking like a heap of @!#$ and running fast times

its probably my least favorite body style and i am pretty sure you know that cuz i have said it before
but i approve of everything you have done and are doing
not that you need my approval
Thanks Joey and Marin8r. See, I used to feel the same way. Ended up getting a good deal on the car, saw it's potential and went with it. The body style is growing on me.
Performance wise the only things needed to upgrade if I keep it N/A and N2O, are the top end parts. Right now it has ported and polished stock heads, stage 2 cams, and a PI intake manifold.
I plan on getting:
-Stage 3 Patriot heads(best flowing heads available for the 2V mods). These will come with valves including a 5 angle valve job and hand leveling and the springs needed to run stage 3 cams
-Stage 3 Comp Cams
-Edelbrock Victor Jr. Intake manifold and their fuel rails. I will get the adapter plate needed to run a normal Plenum/Throttle body so I will still be keeping my 75MM plenum and TB.
Cosmeticaly I plan on getting:
-Cobra front bumper and fog lights
-New vert top(needs one BADLY)
-Smoked headlights/Corners
-Tinting the tail lights and side marker lights to match the headlights
-Obviously needs new paint
-15X10 and 15X4 Prostars with street tires (got the same measurement Draglites with slicks/frontrunners for track use)
So there are some pics and a little story lol

I handed the problem off to someone else. Will be diagnosed and fixed monday. I got SO sick of working on the charging issue and im sure it's some stupid wire between the alt and battery. but im done dealing with it. so that is the latest update... oh yeah, bought some fancy new plastic push clips to hold in my rear quarter trim. that is EXCITING news!
