1997 Cutlass Supreme SL issue

Okay well I just finished changing the lower intake manifold gaskes on my grandmothers cutlass supreme yesterday. It's a 97 with a 3100 in it. Now it has a issue with blowing the a/c fuse under the hood and is also throwing a dtc P1655 EVAP Purge Solenoid Control Circuit . Can anyone tell me whats goin on here that would be causing these 2 things to happen at the same time?

I'd check to see if you accidentally pinched a wire during reassembly otherwise Idk.....

not to thread jack, but how did you go about changing wires and plugs? I am going to change my buddys plugs and wires for him soon. He has a 1993 Cutlass with a 3.1 multiport, thing looks near impossible to change the rear 3 plugs

There's also 2 plugs in the back that are identical. Blue and red. Switch them. The longer one with loom just chills in the back not connected to anything. I just did upper and lower intake in my sisters car. Ran into the same problem with it throwing codes. If it's not that I dunno. Might of pinched something.

If I remember the Chiltons manual I had for my '89 correctly you unbolt the front dogbone(s) and move the motor slightly forward. I didn't want to deal with that @!#$ so I just had my mechanic change them. Check out your local library they should have Chilton or Haynes manuals.
