I think they tweaked the looks a little too much. For some reason the tail lamps remind me of the Saturn Aura.
i like the rear, the front.... not so much
the back is nice but the rest of the car is ugly. the front fenders look like the RX8

i actaully like it. do you know what the powertrain is going to be
now each car has its own styling, so it gets annoying when everyone jumps to say "well they stole this and that from other cars" but i realy see a lot of things they changed about a car i loved, that makes it a lot uglier now..
1. rear bumper has a new style eclipse shape to it, and the bottom/exhaust has a Lexus IS250 or Acura TL kind of feel. Im getting kind of tired of the new sedans coming out with fake exhaust tips integrated in the bumpers.
2. the front fenders do have a very RX-8 shape to them and i hate that.
3. Bottom of the front bumper for some reason is screaming saturn to me.
and actualy, this might sound odd but the whole front end is screaming saturn astra to me.
over all i think they made a bad choice on the redesign.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

^^^^What he said, but i still like it. It's not horrid, it's just one of those designs that will have to grow on you.
I love the flared out fenders in front, very cool.
But i do have to say the c-pillar section screams Subaru Legacy.
And sadly the way they moved the fog lights now it resembles the new Hyundai
Genesis Coupe a little too much in the air-dam.

That's not the pre-prod model. Its Euro spec. I agree that front end looks better. But we definitely have the better looking rear.
