While looking on a garage lot I found a 1991 Nissan 300zx.
101 000 km, yellow. Very clean in and out. The garage is asking 11 300$. Might be something I'd be interested in...will see. Always loved the Z's.
I would like to know everybody's info on this car. I don't feel like dumping too much money into repairs. It looks mint though. Insurance is not too bad too.
What would you do? Price too high? Repairs cost a lot? Thanks!!!
Seems like a lot of money for a 17 year old car.

Unfortunatly the " Japanese Supercars" hold their value for that era just based on demand, look at Supras, 3000Gt's, et all. I'm assuming thats for a TT model, which is about 1-2k over what price I'd pay for it, if its N/A, drop 4-5 off that.
Personally, I say NO NO NO NO, the underhood of that motor is so cramped you'll be dropping the motor to do any sort of maintaince, plus they are prone to cooling issues and parts are $$$. Also if it is a non turbo, be prepared to be teh slow.
For 11k Run, don't walk to the nearest Ls1 car and enjoy!
As much as I like the 300ZX, it's gonna be a bitch to work on, and an expensive bitch to modify the right way. For $11K, you could likely get an F-bod, and modify it and make it just as fast for cornering as well.
If you're dead set on getting one of these, talk to Sip, and get a RHD car for a LOT less than $11K.

For specs, go almost to the bottom.
If its a nonturbo dont. Get an LS1 f-body, you'll like it alot better.
