Sorry Toyota FJ Cruiser or wrangler owns that.

The reason why is Wranglers don't "platform share" They made to one thing and one thing only...be badass off-road. The FJ is is a tricked out 4-Runner...also a great off roader. This i will guarntee is shared with the Colorado. Which although it's a nice truck...it was not engineered from the get go to take on tough off-road conditions the Rubicon or Moab, like the Wrangler is.

This is as much a threat to the Wrangler as the Jeep Liberty was to Cherokees. A tough "looking" pretty truck. I like it, it's awesome "looking". But it's a wannabe.

But.. What's a "Himmer"? hehe j/k

I dunno, I really can't see it competing with any of the Jeep products at all.

Wrangler FTW... not only due to the above comments, but on the fact that the HX is going to be WAY more expensive.

With any of them? Im a jeeper, but lets face it, Jeep is just not as geared twords off road as they used to be. They aimed that at the wrangler and yeah it may give it some trouble, but its gunna be more capable then the rest of the lineup...

It will win of the wrangler in interior for sure
More than likely comfort
And well price...Wayyy more then the Wrangler??? No way.

Not only does that thing look pretty sharp, but it appears it may even be a little better setup off the floor...from an off roaders point of view. Even if its not lets look at the price of a wrangler...they aren't cheap.

However, that thing might be better equipped, it will never stop the wrangler from being number 1 and well prolly wont hold the resale value like a wrangler does..

My thoughts exactly. That thing is pretty damn slick looking.

I would drive it. In my eyes, it's close to the ideal daily driver.

Prototypes like this come up from time to time. I have always wondered why they never get built. Everyone craves the urban asault vehicle. Imagine if it were styled much like the new Camaro. There's a little too much of a bolt on look for me. But I'd still take it.

Give it a cross between a trophy truck and a dakar rides handling. Adjustable ride height and magnetic dampeners so that you can really drive it on the streets and well as jump it.. The power of a vette...I know, I'm getting carried away. The thought of a tuned duromax with a stong padle shifted tranny in something like this makes me tingle.
