Looks like under future projects their doing a 1900hp TT LS7 with twin T-67s, solid roller cam with .700 +lift. aiming for 1600rwhp with 20+mpg
DPE Corvettes future project is an Extreme HP Twin Turbo LS7 Engine.
The foundation of our project will be an Aluminum Tall Deck World Products Warhawk Block.
Our projects goal is to reach a reliable 1600rwhp. and estimated fuel economy in a C6 MN6 will be in the upper 20's with great drivability
Stay tuned to this page for progress pics and more info on the parts selection as build progresses.
The block was ordered in May and ETA is late September.
The bore on the block will stay at the production 4.125 for maximum cylinder wall thickness and strength
It will be the Warhawk Tall Deck Block at 9.800"
The stroke will be a 4" stroke
Pistons will be custom Wiseco -26cc Dish FI pistons
The custom Carillo rods will be a whopping 6.6" long
MLS Head gaskets will be used to seal the deal
Compression will be a boost friendly 9.11:1
Final displacement will be 428ci
This combination yields an optimum quick reving 1.65 Rod length/Stroke ratio for Piston longevity ( reduced piston speed ) at high RPM's
2 Turbonetics 67mm Turbos slowly spooling up to about 30psi of boost via Programmable Boost Controller
Warhawk 12* 72cc Chamber heads with 2.200" Intake and 1.625" Exhaust valves
