Pics of the MJ like i promised

it aint much and needs a little work, which will come in time, but it will be awhile as cash flow is virtually nil and my dad cannot help me at this time, but here are some pics anyways with what we got to start with

Just in case youre not sure what an MJ is haha

and now for some shots of the problem areas, probably typical of a 20 year old car or truck

suspension needs total replacement, especially in the rear as you can tell from these pics

the interior is kinda rough, but the dash is in great shape, didnt have the keys and was too lazy to go inside to get them before taking a pic

and of course, the reason why this thing still is around

Well, the pics tell some of the story of the work that needs to be done, but there are some things that cannot be seen
Motor needs a rebuild or replacement, there is a knock and it leaks mad amounts of oil (considering that it got the piss beaten out of it for 272+k miles, not suprising)
suspension of course needs to be replaced
tailgate is pretty beat, it closes, but its bowed by at least 4-5 inches out
rust, both doors will be replaced, and spots behind the doors and around the wheel flares will need to be taken care of
interior will be gutted, new carpet, headliner, and bucket seats
debating on a 4 wheel drive conversion, as ive been told its fairly simple to do, and maybe a lift, but, getting it road worthy is priority one
there is a Jeep specialty yard not too far from where i live that me and the pops will visit some time to get parts, so maybe an update will happen soon, who knows, but right now, its gonna sit for a bit

the comanche was made from 86-92 i believe
mine is an 89
its basically a Cherokee pickup as all the suspension is the same
and its unibody frame (the cab part is unibody) is derived from the cherokee as well

jeep has made all kinds of trucks , J's , FC's

the old time show flipper , they used a J truck

from what i understand the front axle bolts right in , and you gotta add the t-case and a way to work it , and mod the trans for the t-case , and drive shaft , not sure what else

It be totally trick you should put the last style cherokee dash and interior bits. I hated that ugly squared off 1960's looking dash.
