I think he said that he only spent $15,000 on materials and stuff.......he had the Bronco frame laying around and he built off of that.

That is awesome. Weren't they doing something similar on Extreme 4x4 on spike tv. I thought they used like a fiberglass hummer body and a chevy suburban frame or something.

it says it took him 3 yrs in the making......crazy skills though. Something to be proud of but what is the legality of him getting it liecenced?

He can get that licensed in Quebec... it's basically a Kit-Car, so it'll get a VIN issued to it as long as it passes a "bien, ca marche" once over (also called incorrectly a mechanical inspection colloquially).

Seems a little odd to me though... Like going next-door by way of China... and swimming the oceans while you're at it... Using a Ford 351 in a Hummer... damn man.

AT LEAST use an LT1

Personally i think it would have been cooler to build an exact replica of an Indy car with a TT v8... but thats just me lol Crazy work this guy did thats for sure.

yeah I've been keeping track of this for the past couple of months after my friend sent me a link to it, it's insane how good he is with that stuff. work of art if you ask me.
