i decided to do an oil change and wash the engine in my 95 silverado today, its a 5.7 throttle body injection. after washing the engine i started it to let it idle for a while, everything was fine. i went to head to the car wash and realiized it wasnt shifting outta first gear. i turned around and headed back home. no check engine light at this time. so i pull into the driveway and shut it off, then it wouldnt restart. just cranking and cranking and cranking. even though i had covered thi distributor and stuff before i washed it i removed the cap to check for water or anything, nothing it was dry. i checked the coil, totally dry.

finally got the truck to start after a while, but now i idles really high, 1200 rpm or so. i checked it for codes, OBD-1, and got a 13 and 21. both r voltage codes, one for tps and one for o2 sensor. i checked over the harness in the engine compartment for anything obvious and cant find nothing. also the thing just hammers into gear.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
