what to use to put trim on 88 cutlass

one of my co-workers has a 88 cutlass that was repainted about a year ago. when the body shop removed the trim they broke all the clips.
what would be the best adhesive to put them back on with? i was thinking silicone (sp?)

we tried to find the clips but can't find them anywhere. if anyone knows where to find them that would be awesome.

thanks for the input guys.

G-body or W-body?
if it's a G-body check the parts department at any GM dealership but preferably one that used to sell oldsmobiles, check out Hemmings they have parts listings for almost anything. If that don't work out get 3M trim adhesive at any auto part or paint store.

How come the body shop didn't replace them since they broke them to begin with? I wouldn't take any business back to them if they didn't repair what they broke.
