my sister and brother in law have a 95 saturn 4door that needs a tie rod and a ball joint. is this something i could do myself for her?

women are like cars you have to test drive the new one before you trade in the old one

yes it is something you can do yourself. however, tie-rods are reverse-threaded on some cars so be very careful

People say that what doesn't kill you in this life
will make you stronger. I'm not sure if that is true
or not, but i do know one thing-You have to learn from
it and it has to make you better.......it has to.......

Do yourself a favor a rent a pickel fork while you're picking up the parts. Sometimes you can get away with out using it. Other times its a pain. Be careful though, GM had a bad habbit of riveting the upper ball joint to the UCA. I don't know if the cars were like that but I know the trucks were.

thanks for the help but apparently they just paid for everything to get fixed at midas except for the brakes and tires. unfortunately i live 3 hours away and can't just drive home to work on peoples cars.
