It should be delivered on Wednesday. I need to take a MSC then transfer my drivers license to Tx and get a motorcycle endorsement.

Mmmm one of the few naked bikes i like...

Im waiting on word from the dealer about an 07 R6 Raven right now...they have Blue and Red in Stock, and as hot as they look, I really really want a raven...and dont feel the need to step up to a litre bike right now..

They had one of those on the showroom and i was looking at it, so he let me take it for a ride when i got back on the R6...i must admit, it definitly is a nice ass bike...

I can tell you they really dont compare to each other...

But the SV is very very nice. I love my buddies...it definitely rides like a dream...

The Ravens are really great looking bikes, but I know I wasn't going to start out on an R6. I was originally going to pick up the YFZ600R, but after seeing both the bikes next to each other in person, the FZ6 looks a lot better than the YFZ600R. The YFZ looked a lot more like a scooter with a higher seat and a gas tank up front than a sport bike, if the nose cone had been more like the FZ6 that probably would have changed my mind.

Nice bike. About the new R6 though, I've heard they make horrible street bikes. Isn't the powerband pretty much specifically for the track? Or are you planning on making the R6 a track bike? Love the looks of the bike but couldn't justify having no power until 12k.

actually, the raven package isn't a choice in '07. this year they have a charcoal grey, blue, and red... but no raven. so if you want a raven, you're gonna have to get a '06 or older. the charcoal grey looks really good though.

Haha I knew something looked different about it...To be honest I couldn't even tell the slight variance in color...

Well if they cant get that bike in, then i was going to step down to an 06 anyways...

yes, SV's are sweet bikes i can't lie, i love all bikes, but the sound of a wound-up 90 degree V is something special. and the power curve, you can't beat it

especially when you drop a tooth on the front sprocket... ridiculousness
