Conceived at the Alfa Romeo Style Centre in Arese and developed in collaboration with Maserati, the new saloon is an uncompromising sports car. Studied down to the smallest detail, to get the very best in terms of performance and driving pleasure, its light, strong structure features a steel chassis supporting a carbon fibre body. The engine is an amazing new 4.7-litre, 8-cylinder 90°V unit, capable of delivering 450 horsepower. It comes with rear-wheel drive, and a 6-speed robotic gearbox placed in the rear train, in a single unit with the differential, for better weight distribution.

Pretty sexy IMO not really feeling the front end though.

That is classic Alfa Romeo styling. The nose is virtually unchanged for years, and as far as copying the vette goes.. Considering the history.. Who copied who?

Well the structure w/ the tranny in the rear is like a corvette.
The rear reminds me of a old 197x ferrarri GTB

Scroll down and look through the generations of Alfas and tell me where they designed something that looked like a vette.

80% of their cars are pretty much boxes till the middle 90's. I sprinkle of mid-engine sleek coupes are in there.

Im not seeing the vette, but if they were, Alfa would be copying teh Vette, not the other way around.

Direct from the E-Z Kar Design School, the cues such as the nose are ok. But the proportions are standard generic sports car.
