Since I can finally get rims for the ride, I'm startin to stress over getting the perfect set. I've searched and searched S-series pictures to kinda get a general idea what im looking for. Now since it's impossible for me to know of every nice blazer out there with nice rims (especially since i don't even go on S forums) I turn to you guys... If you know of any rims that would look good let me know so I have more options to consider. Here's a few I've found so far that I like.. let me know what you think... and for the ones I don't know what they are if you do, let me know.
5Zigen's
I've been debating these
Not sure what these are
Not sure what these are either
MBMotoring Express (i believe) I really like these... but I'm worried since I won't be lowered it'd look weird.
Boss 304
Eagle Alloy 025
Old pic, but this is the ride

You're asking here about a rim job?
My vote:
I like simple stuff
And now for something completely different... Click the Minister.
I think they will all look weird if it isn't lowered, but i second GAM
Best quarter mile to date - 15.750 @ 85.82
"We ride together, we die together. Bad Boys for life"
Nimbus 9, some friends of my that rock! Click and experience them for yourself
since it's 4WD I would stay away from bling unless your gonna get a semi agressive lookin tire to go with it. but if it's going down some I'm with Gam as well.
2009 Ford Mustang V6
can u get a current pic of ur truck? or is that pretty much how it sits now---- u should get a nice 18in" rims wrap them in some nice aggressive rubber then put like a 3in body lift on it
ill have to agree with GAM here

those are the ones I have on it in my sig.... it would look so hot laid out, but I feel weird about lowering a 4x4.
Truck basically looks the same.. only difference is the SS bowtie on the front now. I have a billet grill for it, but its been layin in the garage since fall... once it gets warm I'll put that on.
I wanna get clear corners for it, but I'm having a hard time finding the shorter ones, since my blazer also has the fogs next to them.. the only ones I can find are clear corners that are longer for ones w/o the fogs.
I'm debating taking the side molding off.. but if I go with chrome I kinda wanna keep it just to have the chrome look flow down the side. Plus if I take the side molding of the back bumper I have to fill in the holes for it and have that repainted.

i know this is probably not an option for you but i would really keep it stock, or some black steelies with some beefy tires
i just hate chrome rims on 4x4s

I love you. Best comment so far. Yes, Cragar Soft 8's in 16" with some nice mud tires would look tits on there.
1983 Camaro Z28
I am sooo not in sync with you guys!
no lift - i'm short enough as is and don't need a harder time getting in
no muddin tires - im so not down with that... my baby won't see the mud anyway lol
Hate me all you want... i'm goin for 20's haha
and Matt, if it was for rim jobs i'd be in AG hun

If its not dropped at all I think they all look like ass. I'm with GAM 110% though on rims. Specially if you drop it. Thats sexy looking.

But you're not premo anymore!
Dumping a 4x4 isn't a great idea, but maybe bagging it is an idea?
I would do it in a heart beat on a 2WD though.

Yeah I know... when it expired it just didn't seem worth it at the time renew
Not active enough.
If it was 2wd, it would have already been done.

I like the Eagle Alloy 025's myself.
Desert Tuners
“When you come across a big kettle of crazy, it’s best not to stir it.”
where did you find that picture of that black blazer xtreme? it looks identical to one that lives around me..
yup. i like the rims on the blazer extreme. another set of wheels i love are the tis style 03. theres a hummer around my way on 28's w/ those wheels. very sexy imo. those are the wheels that i plan on puttin on my 300c
Def. the ones on the black 2dr. I'm a huge fan of a simple 5-spoke
Sam
dam whats the world coming to ? heather is going bling bling
i vote none of the above !!!
but a simple 5 , and keep it maxed at a 18" rim , the brakes suck ass on those with stock wheels , adding 30lbs to each wheel is gonna kill them even faster
haha ya know i was determined not to have chrome on the sunfire.. and not on the 'quest either. But the blazer just needs a change.
I'm leaning towards the 5 spoke MB Motoring... but the issue now is i gotta find out what kind they are. The express is the 6 spoke version... I have no clue what the name of these ones are called
Anyone know?

Herb Wilson wrote:haha rim job, arent we witty... anyway i vote the same, looks good, but please dont drop it... jimmys are meant to be high... they look retarded most cases in lowering. people take it to far. personally i dont see the point in lowering jeeps,trucks,suv.... its lame. jack em up if anything...
Yes, I'm witty.
The obvious joke is the easiest one to make and follow through.
I know Heather. I wouldn't offer a rim job to someone else I didn't know.
You can make a lowered Jimmy/Blazer look good, but if you have a 4wd, keep it up there
