Not bad... The front end needs help though... I'd convert to the newer (I think 1990 or 1992) front end, or sink the headlights back in behind the grille and then paint/powdercoat the grille and surround to match the body.

There used to be "blackout" headlights for the 80's suburbans (I think JC Whitney or Godfather customs sold them, not the covers either) and they looked great with the full-front grille.

What I'd do:
- replace the front end with the full width grille slats, painted body colour.
- Shave the rain gutters (its a PITA, but so worth it)
- Remove the side mouldings and wheelwell chrome.
- Front and rear roll pans, and a hide-away trailer hitch... and one of those swanky cantilevered license plate mounts.
- shave the badges, and either shave the turn signals or use smaller ones
- Take out the tail-lights and put in a sweet set of APC Altezza's and back in reality: pop out the tails, fill the panels, go with a set of Cadillac tails (the long and thin ones.. forget which model) or maybe the ones from an HHR/Cobalt Coupe.
- dump the side mirrors and either get a camera setup (expensive, I know) or a set of the older high-mounted and under slung ones you'd see on 50's/early 60's hot rods (look for ones on the 49/50 Mercury or 50 ford shoe-box sedans).
- Get rid of the rear spoiler and the window roll down handle.

And of course: THESE RIMS, in 26"

The drop makes that truck look badass. Im not fan of the front end though. Doesnt really do the truck justice.

I would go with 18" wheels at the biggest on that, the 17's look like a great size with the drop. Just the wheels themselves are ugly. If I were you, I would go one more inch on the front, just because of the way the wheel wells are, it makes the front look like it's higher. Over all it looks good, although I'm not too sure about the red/black combo.

i would either do a 89-91 burban front end or slap on a 83-84 front grill. ditch the dumbo mirrors and get the 81-87 sport ones.
anyways here is my 84 c-10 null

nice trucks! I got a 91 pickup. stock tho. Fiberglass hood, 800lbs of stone in the back and studded snow tires. All I'm missing is the snow!
