ok guys, this damn thing cut off on me today on the way to class, its getting fuel, and the battery seems fine, its turning over the motor fine. this lead me to think it was the distributer cap, which it wasnt. now i am stuck with a car that doesnt run, and i gotta be at work at 4. which isnt a big deal, but i need to be able to get to class tommarow. what else can i check?

try the ignition module on the distibutor! mine did the same thing on my 86 SVO 2.3l Turbo. i replaced it and it fired right off. hope this helps.
