thats cool and all...but i dont think you need all the foam....coould esily jut brace certain areas....but still cool

what i forgot to put in there was after he made it he had a mold made and then a bumper made from the mold
The foam makes it easier to see what you are making. He basically sculpted the bumper, then sealed the design with glass. The only thing I would be worried about is the fiberglass seperating from the bumper on the top and sides.
I've always wondered if those foam blocks would hold up to the heat of the fiberglass. I usually use a 2part urethane foam, but this is good to know for smaller projects.

Ah the time tested and proven way that 99% of fiberglass bodykits are made.... same way you make surfboards.
Hmm.... I'll have to keep this thread in mind for a future plan I have...
that came out great. he made a nice design that flows well with the rest of the car.
ive been following this bumper since i bought my stealth... it was made to loook like the front of an S7 i believe. I liked it at first, cause it will fit my stealth with a change of side markers, but then i realized i don't want a fiberglass bodykit ever again. The bumper is in production now though i believe.
