hey sup guys, sat night me and my buddy Jared who i do a big brother mentoring program with both decided that we where gonna go meet up with some other guys at this plaza where everyone with a souped up car meet up at night on the weekends. so we both take our cars. i had recently given him the old neon i used to own so he took that and i took my 328i. we finally got to the intersection where the plaza is and the entrance was maybe 500ft past the intersection well the light turned red and my buddy Jared got stuck at the light but i did not. so i stopped with my left blinker on at the opening of the plaza waiting for the traffic on the other side to pass so i could get in because it was backed up a bit from the light. finally right after the light turned green and cars started moving so i could turn into the plaza.... BAM! out of no where i got rear ended no warning signs nothing not even like the sound of skidding tires nuttin. so my fricken radio some how managed to fly out of the braked and hit me in the damn head haha so i seen stars for a few seconds and then i got out of the car to see what happened. first thing i did was look to see who hit me. sure enough it was my buddy Jared with the neon.... it was completely totaled, now at this point i didn't even look at my car yet as i seen his crunched up like and accordion so i feared to look over at mine. i turn around and it looks like my bumper just got pushed into my car and my trunk was dented in and the tail pipes where on the ground so i didn't think it was so bad, at least not what i thought it was gonna look like. mean while my friend got out of his car and passed out on the other side of the road with on coming traffic so i picked him up and brought him to the side walk where he came too, he suffered only minor burns to his forearms from the airbags going off, other then that he was fine. me on the other hand i ended up in the hospital overnight due to a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder, major whiplash and a torn ligament under my knee. im healing up just fine, still hurting but the meds help yay! for Valium.

so yesterday they totaled out my car due to it having extensive frame damage in the rear and some frame damage in the front from the exhaust pushing one of the front motor mounts making my engine go sideways about 2 inches. so now im in the market for a new car there looking to only give me about 8-9grand for my car so i have to go from there. some suggestions would be nice.

so thats my story now on to what kinda car i should get, im looking for a nice tuner car something i can make fast for cheap and isn't a gtp or z28 lol, although them are nice im looking for more options. maybe an Audi A4 idk, what do you guys think.

Damn that sucks! Sorry to hear bout you and your car, but at least you 2 are ok. So let me get this straight, your buddy in the neon was right behind you, you were ahead of him waiting to turn left? How did he manage to hit you so hard, and why didn't he see that you wern't moving lol. Either way glad it was only the car that was totaled :S Rest up.

yeah well thats what im trying to figure out, im guessing by the damage to his car he had to have been going at least 30, i think he speed up really quick to catch up to me and thought i was gonna go but didn't realize there was traffic on the other side so that i couldn't move...which makes no sense anyways because i had my blinker and brake lights on so idk. he admitted he wasn't paying attention. he really shouldn't be on the road to be honest this is his second rear end accident. messed up his first car so i gave him my old neon i wasn't using and now creamed that one lol. The poor kid is slow though hes 18 but is more like 14, ive been doing the big bro program thing with him sense he was 16, he has come along way but things like this just make me wonder some times ...... lol

heres a pic of the neon.. notice the nice holes from my exhaust on the bumper lol, btw thats after they hit down the hood and reattached the from bumper with some zip ties lol, that car was all a mess



and here is one of mine...doesn't look to bad but in person the whole thing was fudged up especially the rear part of the frame,the driver side passenger door wouldn't shut no more and was off by an inch that how bent the car was, would have been worse if the full size spare tire wasn't in the trunk, to be honest i think thats what helped keep it from turning out like my buddy jareds car lol
