Usually the owner's manual that comes with the vehicle has directions for replacing the main bulbs in the vehicle (such as headlight, tail light, fog light, etc.).

Download the owner's manual here: http://www.hyundaiusa.com/images/owners/service/manual/2003_Santa%20Fe_Manual.zip

Umm lay on your back under the front bumper and have yourself a look? I'm sure it's not hard.

Google is your friend!

How do you get to the fog light bulb in the 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe to replace it?
Quote:

Underneath the bumper you will see two Philips head screws holding on a piece of plastic about 6" square underneath the fog light. Removing this allows you to access the bulb which requires a half turn to release it.

I'm pretty sure on the Hyundai's you should be able to just add blinker fluid for that. Check the resovoir level under the hood. It should be in the driver side corner closest to the firewall. Make sure its a nice clear color. You may have to add a little more if its low.
