Grand Prix Bolt pattern??
Wednesday, July 19, 2006 8:12 AM
I looked around on the net and found a couple different places but some listed the patteren as 5x100, others at 5x114.3 and some at 5x115. Anyone know what it actually is? For the "widetrack" style GP.

If it is 5x115 would wheels with 5x114.3 fit on them??

Did you know that the holes only natural enemy is the pile.

I'm pretty sure it's 5x115 I've heard of people using 5x114.3 (the difference is .7mm after all) but they are actually 2 different bolt patterns.

i get mixed info on clubgp.com

lug patter is either 114.3 or 115 , ive also heard 14.7

granted the wheels with those patterns will usually fit each other , but be carefull with the way the lugs seat in the rim and pay attention to the lugs , in some cases they will get stressed from being pulled off angle

yeah, bolt pattern's 5x115. fun part is, mustangs are 5x4.5... they fit as long as you make sure they're on center. just gotta check backspacing

It is the same way with GTOs

We have a 5x120mm, but I was able to put Vette wheels on without a problem that are 5x4.75in (5x120.7mm)

But like said, just keep an eye on your lug nuts and wheel studs if you run the "wrong" size

GPs are 5x115 from the factory but you need hubcentric rings (or is it lugcentric? I forget) if you're going to mount a different bolt pattern.

I have the same problem with the N-Bodys.

dont have to with all wheels. as i said, mustang rims work, just be sure you tighten them down in the right bolt pattern
